Terms and Conditions

1. There is a 2 hour minimum on all jobs.
2. If the information given to Real Removals is different to the job the customer is liable to incur additional fees.
3. Parking must be arranged by the customer. If there are parking restrictions the customer must provide a permit from the local council. However if this is not possible please state honestly where the closest legal parking is situated. Any parking fines that are incurred must be paid by the customer to the driver on completion of the job. The driver will not park illegally.
4. Job arrival times are estimated. Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays.
5. RealRemovals accept no responsibility for goods broken or damaged due to poor packing.
6. The method of payment must be agreed before the job is agreed.
7. There will be an extra charge of £8 when passing through the London congestion charge zone.
8. Arrival times are estimated but we will try our best to arrive on time, however some delays may occur due to things beyond our control i.e. traffic, accidents.
9. The customer may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day of the move exceeds what was initially agreed.
10. We accept no responsibility for items that cannot fit in to the new premises i.e. sofas. Our drivers are not insured to remove windows or doors.
11. Cancellation fees will be applicable.
